Trial Practice & Administrative Law

Trial PracticeTrial Practice

At Gamble Hartshorn we know that not every dispute can be settled amicably and that people don’t always fulfill their contractual obligations.  As a result, you or your business may discover that litigation or an alternative form of dispute resolution is required.  Whatever the forum for resolution, our ultimate goal is always to help you resolve the dispute to your satisfaction.  We are your advocate!

If litigation is necessary, we can and will represent you in civil litigation in any of the court systems: Municipal Court, Common Pleas Court, Probate Court, and in the Federal District and Bankruptcy Courts.  We have extensive experience serving as counsel to clients at the trial level and in connection with appeals to Ohio Courts of Appeal, the Ohio Supreme Court and Federal Appellate Courts.  Additionally, we are able to represent you before the many administrative agencies or boards that may exercise jurisdiction over your business. We have lawyers who are admitted to practice before the United States District Courts in Ohio, the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Tax Court.

We will be happy to provide you and your business with representation in all types of civil business litigation.  We can protect your Company’s trade secrets, pursue recovery of damages for breach of contract, collect receivables, enforce non-compete agreements or defend your business from employment or other claims.  Our attorneys have experience in securing temporary restraining orders, orders of possession and preliminary injunctions where immediate action is necessary to protect your rights and preserve your assets. We have pursued collection as well as defended claims in bankruptcy court.

Administrative Law

We also know that professionals are not immune from rules and regulations promulgated by State Agencies and State Licensing Boards.  We have experience representing professionals in licensing, harassment and disciplinary matters before various administrative agencies and we have addressed the various issues that confront peer review organizations.

We want to get to know you; and we want you to know about us. Please contact our office to set up an appointment or speak with one of our attorneys.  To learn more about our attorneys practicing in Trial Practice, click on an image below.
