Dick was admitted practice in Ohio in 1968. In 1968 and 1969, and
served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Joseph P. Kinneary, Judge in the
U.S. States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. He is
admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the
Southern District of Ohio, the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals and the
United States Tax Court (1970).
Education
Dick received a B.S. degree (Mathematics) in 1960 at Mount Union
College in Alliance Ohio. He received a J.D., in 1968 from Case Western
Reserve University, Cleveland, Ohio. While at Case Western, Dick was a
Member of the Moot Court Board and he was awarded the Order of the Coif.
