Profile
Dick Graham came to Columbus, Ohio in 1968 to serve as a Law Clerk to Judge Joseph P. Kinneary in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio and has remained to practice law in Columbus ever since.Dick has enjoyed maintaining a broad general practice that has included experience advising clients with respect to administrative law, business law, commercial contracts, credit union law, discrimination matters, estate administration and estate planning, HIPAA and other health care issues, corporations (profit and not for profit), partnerships and limited liability companies, real property, tax, and environmental law. He currently practices as one of Gamble Hartshorn’s transactional attorneys advising clients in the areas of contract and business law. He also works with our credit union and other financial institution clients in regard to mergers and other regulatory matters and the preparation of loan documents.

Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association and the Society of Ohio
Healthcare Attorneys.
Dick was admitted practice in Ohio in 1968. In 1968 and 1969, and
served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Joseph P. Kinneary, Judge in the
U.S. States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. He is
admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the
Southern District of Ohio, the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals and the
United States Tax Court (1970).
Education
Dick received a B.S. degree (Mathematics) in 1960 at Mount Union
College in Alliance Ohio. He received a J.D., in 1968 from Case Western
Reserve University, Cleveland, Ohio. While at Case Western, Dick was a
Member of the Moot Court Board and he was awarded the Order of the Coif.
