Ken is the founder of Gamble Hartshorn, LLC and insists that the firm continue today to provide quality and timely service to all of its clients. Ken is a business lawyer and advises his clients regarding entity selection, business formation and organization, contracts, employment matters and financial arrangements of all kinds. He enjoys helping clients to plan their estates and to integrate their personal and business goals. Ken’s practice includes Commercial, Health Care, Real Estate, Construction, Non-Profit Organizations and Public Contract Law. He particularly enjoys financial workouts.Ken is very focused on firm goals, values and culture. He loves the fact that the core clients of the firm are small businesses and the financial institutions that support those businesses. He never forgets that the success of businesses comes from the people who own, operate and staff them.

Professional Activities
Ken has been a repeated guest lecturer on copyright law at Ohio
University and on contracts law at the School of Engineering of The Ohio
State University. He has volunteered his time to serve often as a
judge in local Moot Court Competitions. Ken is a member of the
Columbus Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association, the Society of
Ohio Healthcare Attorneys and the National Health Lawyers Association.
