Jack focuses his practice on litigation. Jack’s clients range from companies embroiled in high-stakes complex commercial litigation to small businesses threatened by the cost of nuisance lawsuits. Jack represents clients involved in contractual, employment, antitrust, intellectual property, class action, securities fraud, constitutional, product liability, business tort and similar disputes. Prior to joining the Firm, Jack practiced commercial and constitutional litigation at large firms in Washington, D.C. and Columbus, Ohio

Jack is
admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Ohio and the United
States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. His
publications include analysis of a company’s obligations when confronted
with a potential data security breach.

Education
Jack received a B.S. in Finance from The Ohio State University in 1997,
and his J.D. from The Ohio State University in 2000, receiving Order
of the Coif honors. While studying for his law degree, Jack
was an associate editor of The Ohio State University Michael E. Moritz
Law Journal.
